  • Mix Ingredients: Combine shredded potatoes, onion, flour, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat Oil: Heat ¼ inch of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Form and Fry: Shape the mixture into patties or spread it in the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
